Safety & Liability
Please read before using your nails, pens, toppers and keyrings.
- Not a toy — choking hazard. Beads, charms and toppers are small parts. Keep away from children under 3 and from pets.
- Nail glue is a strong adhesive. Keep away from eyes, mouth and skin. If skin or eyelids bond, do not pull them apart — soak in warm soapy water and seek medical help. Keep out of reach of children.
- Stop if it hurts. Do not apply press-ons to damaged, infected or lifting nails. Discomfort, redness or throbbing means remove them straight away.
- Never rip them off. Soak in warm soapy water or acetone and gently ease off, or you can damage your natural nail bed.
- Allergies. Glue and resin can irritate sensitive skin. Patch test first if you have known adhesive allergies, and discontinue use if a reaction occurs.
- Sharp edges & keyrings. Handle beaded keyrings and pens with care; supervise children using them.
Products & Custom Orders
Toppers and keyrings are handmade to order. Press-on nails are ready-made sets and ship as pictured. Small variations in colour, bead placement and finish on handmade items are normal and part of the charm. If you change your mind before your custom order is posted, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Sizing Liability (Nails)
Press-on nails are sold in standard sizes. It is your responsibility to choose the correct size for your nails. NailCandiCo & Creations is not liable for incorrect sizing, poor fit, or damage caused by choosing the wrong size. If you are unsure, message us before ordering and we can help you measure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NailCandiCo & Creations is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, damage to natural nails, loss of product, or any other claim arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree to use our products safely and at your own risk, and to supervise children and anyone with sensitivities.
Press-On Application Tips
1–3 days wear
Use adhesive sticky tabs. Perfect for a night out or a quick photo-ready set.
1–2 weeks wear
Use a high-quality liquid cyanoacrylate nail glue for a long-lasting hold.
Prevent air bubbles
Apply a drop of glue to the centre of your natural nail and a small swipe to the back of the press-on. Press down at a 45-degree angle starting from the cuticle line, pushing the air out toward the free edge.
Refund Policy
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails, toppers, keyrings or any items that have been worn, used, or removed from packaging.
If you change your mind before your handmade order is posted, contact us as soon as possible and we'll help where we can. We don't offer refunds once an item has been worn, used or removed from packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, message us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

FAQ
Press-on care card
Save or print our little card — it covers which adhesive to use for your wear time and the 45° trick that stops air bubbles forming under your press-ons.
- 1. Match the adhesive to your goal
1–3 days wear: use the adhesive sticky tabs. 1–2 weeks wear: use a high-quality liquid cyanoacrylate nail glue.
- 2. Prep your natural nails
Push back cuticles, lightly buff the shine off, then wipe each nail with alcohol or nail cleanser. Nails must be clean, dry and oil-free.
- 3. Avoid air bubbles
Apply one drop of glue to the centre of your natural nail and a small swipe to the back of the press-on. Press down at a 45° angle starting at the cuticle line, pushing the air out toward the free edge. Hold firmly for 20–30 seconds.
- 4. Make them last
Avoid long soaks and hot water for 2 hours. Wear gloves for cleaning and dishes. Never use your nails as tools.
- 5. Safe removal
Soak in warm soapy water or cuticle oil for 10–15 minutes, then gently lift from the sides. Never force or rip them off.

By placing an order with NailCandiCo & Creations you agree that toppers and keyrings are handmade to order. Press-on nails are ready-made sets. You can change your mind before your order is posted — contact us as soon as possible and we'll help (see our Refund Policy for faulty or damaged items).
Processing time
Toppers and keyrings are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for those items to be created, packed and ready for dispatch. Press-on nails are ready-made sets and usually ship sooner. This is processing time only — it does not include shipping transit.
Custom orders and large drops may sit at the longer end of the window. If we're running behind, we'll message you with an updated timeline.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated from your postcode at checkout. Standard shipping is free on orders over $60.
Once your order is packed and posted, transit takes additional time: typically 2–5 business days within Australia, and 1–3 weeks for international orders depending on destination and customs.
You'll get a tracking number (where available) once your parcel is dispatched. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't reroute parcels once they're in the post, and we're not responsible for items lost after tracking shows delivered.
